This study explored the impact of agile management practices on organizational performance and employee productivity within remote work environments. Agile methodologies, known for their flexibility and emphasis on collaboration, were examined across various industries that transitioned to remote work. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with managers and employees from 10 organizations. The results indicated significant improvements in key organizational performance metrics, including project completion rates (up by 20%), time to market (reduced by 33%), and quality of deliverables (improved by 16%). Employee productivity also saw notable increases, with task completion rates rising by 15% and employees reporting greater work-life balance satisfaction. Communication, collaboration, and team cohesion were enhanced, although challenges such as virtual meeting difficulties and time zone issues were identified. The study concluded that agile practices fostered higher employee autonomy and engagement, leading to increased productivity. However, it highlighted the need for ongoing adaptation of agile practices to address remote-specific challenges. The findings have important implications for organizations adopting or refining agile management in remote work settings.
